Waste Water Management
The Colour Amalgamations Group
(CAG) contribution for preserving mother earth is by managing waste water.
Two third of earth’s surface is covered by water but it cannot be used as it is,
without processing; the cost being the question mark. Alternate is to use river
and subsoil water. The industrial requirement of water is on the increase
leading to depletion of water resources. The increased consumption of water for
industrial purpose results in increased environmental pollution. The solution to this
problem is to recycle effluent water and at the same time reduce the effluent
which is let out.
CAG supplies polymers and chemicals for treating waste
water released from dye house and printing section of the textile industry.
CAG offers colour removal chemical which cuts the colour in
effluent water. CAG also supplies chemical for coagulation for the colour
sedimentation of the colour which was separated from effluent water. CAG’s
polyelectrolyte corrects ionic charge in treated water to required level. During
the process these chemicals/polymers makes required pH value correction. The
treated water is pumped through various types of filters and the last one being
reverse osmosis membrane. Over 90% of the effluent water is recycled.
CAG has a very strong technical team which focuses on maximum
quantity of recycling of effluent water and reduction of sludge generation.
CAG helps its clients for textile effluent water treatment and
management with customized solutions. The polymer/chemicals suggested by CAG is
economical and will work efficiently.
